There are now several days that I feel by changing various parameters on the opening of the fuel trim and very little seems to improve ...
I tried reducing the pulse cranking up to 12 ms at 40F and little has improved. A hot if the engine was just part off very fast (1.2 seconds of datalog)
While we are about 3.4-4 seconds to cool before starting.
I tried to add 50% cranking fuel trim but this did not help ..

Yes i have note the °F scale of your table...i have converted my on °F by the setting of Kmanager and insert the correct value for index and value...
Can you report the part number on the injector??The part number bosch..i have the suspect that clubrsx send me the wrong injector (FIC)

Hondata if you see my datalog, in the crank the IGN go at -4°..it's normal???
I have try to modify (add Ignition) cam 0 Ignition in the 500-1000 rpm and 90 Kpa zone and the IGN on datalog don't change..why ??

Been watching this thread for a while. I typed up a long response, then lost it when I clicked post. So in summary:

I'd check your fuel pressure (at cranking and with engine running) to make sure it's not high or low, or take into account additional compensations if you are specifically running high or low pressure on purpose. Also check leakdown rate to make sure you don't have a leaking injector - that would make a hard start regardless.

Second, I think you are making the changes too large. You talk of 50-60% changes in fuel trim which is A LOT on a 1000cc injector. I think the tweaks should be more in the 1-2% and .5 or even .1ms for the pulse ranges.

In your last datalog, you are pulsing over 9ms on the injectors. In very similar air/water temp conditions, I also see a pulse of ~9ms and my car cranks over almost immediately. Though I am on E85 fuel / 12.5:1CR, so you might want to reduce your pulse by ~25%...to get around 6.75-7ms which might get closer to the 'ballpark' for gasoline. Then make the small < .5 ms changes for fine tuning.

I don't think there is any inherent reason ID1000's wouldn't start quickly, but depending on dead times, even a 1ms change in injector pulse could be 2,3 or even 4x more fuel than a 1ms change on a stock or similar small injector. So the adjustments just need to be smaller to compensate.

As far as tuning in the dead time, I cruised along 30-50mph at very light load (ie flat road) and very gently ease out of the throttle. If the AFR surges rich just before the injectors cut off, I added .1 or .2 to the dead time and tried again. For my set-up, I added about .3 over the suggested dead times to get to a point where the cut-off was a nice flat line with no rich surge. This will help fuel efficiency and overall drivability, though probably won't make a big change in start-up.

I think the -4 ignition is normal, mine does similar during cranking.
