What directory are you pointing it to to install the driver to when you go through the installation?

I am having the exact same problem.

Plug in the USB with the car in the on position the computer reads in device and managers "Unspecified Hondata K-series ECU"
I am using Win7 Laptop
When you do a USB test it says "No compatible USB devices found"
When you do an USB update it says "Error setting up inf file (Error:Access is denied.)" Then a second window pops up saying "Error updating usb drive"

This is quite frustrating as it is my first time trying to load up a kal and this will leave my car unable to run unless I can load this kal up...

For a $1000 piece of software, USB drivers should be a non issue or at least have it available to download!

Go to the Windows Device Manager, find the K-Pro listing there, right click on it and select update driver, then follow the instructions for the version of windows you have at http://www.hondata.com/help/kmanager/ma ... lation.htm (windows Vista and 7 are the same)

So I been trying for the last few hrs to get this driver deal figured out. Got a new laptop put in the disk and I can open Kmanager. But it tells me that "Driver Not Installed" "Off Line"

I try to install drivers manually and still not work.

Anyone???
