Car running lean after 1.5.1 update

My car has ran flawless for the past 9 months until this morning when I updated to the newest 1.5.1 KManager. Prior to this update I believe I was running the 1.4.1 manager. The version I had did not have any of the new WOT comp tables or knock control stuff etc. Now this is what is happening

Idle - went from my normal 14:1 to 18:1 and leaner.
Cruising - below 3k rpms went from 14.5:1 to 16:1 and leaner
0" vac - remains untouched
Boost - AF's are the same but now car is breaking up horribly

The funny thing is that once in a while, the car will snap out of whatever "mode" its in and all AF's go back to normal but then shortly after, back to the extremely lean AF's. I have not touched one thing on this car and now it's running like crap after this update. I have rechecked fuel pressure, voltage, and all connections and nothing is wrong. 9 months problem free and now this, so I blame the software. I have uninstalled and re-installed the newest 1.5.1 software with no luck.

Where can I download the past 1.4.1 software? I think it was 1.4.1.2 but I'm not sure. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. Moderator, if you need my KAL then I'll email it to you but I'm not going to share it on here, sorry.

This is in a 2002 S2000 with AP2 motor running KPro that I purchased back in May 2010. Its a stock motor with turbo, ID1000's, Walbro in tank and Bosch inline running 100psi base pressure.

I managed to get a hold of the older 1-4-1 release and all the problems went away and she's back to 100% normal. No breaking up under boost, no leaning out. My assumption is that there are some whacky timing compensation tables making changes and possibly some fuel stuff for idle/cruising areas which could lead to some serious motor damage. Please look into this issue for us all.

To anyone that wants to revert back to an older version of KManager, please take note that if you have made ANY changes to your tune while running the new 1.5.1 version, you will not be able to use an older version. You will get the error that says can't read, there are too many tables.

Did you have a datalog of 1.5.1.0's operation?

No but I should have. The car was running so bad I didn't want it to cause any damage so I stopped.

Interesting. I upgraded from 1.4 to 1.5.1 and my fuel tables / LTFT are all out by about 6%-8% on the low cam.

Any more information on this?

I don't mind sending you my KAL and datalog but I'm not posting my tune on here. I believe I was detailed enough in the description to solve the issue. If I load a map using the 1.5.1 update, its trash, but when I use the older 1.4.1 it's flawless.

The ECU was purchased May 2010. Its an ECU for the S2000.
