My friend has a weird problem with her kpro. I hope someone can help us.

The problem:

We can't datalog at full throttle.

When we start datalog, everything is fine at idle but as soon as she goes full throttle, the kmanager d/c.
She tried another kpro in her car and it runs perfectly.
She tried her kpro in another car and they have the exact same problem.

When she went on the dyno, they had to borrow a kpro from someone else to be able to make a map and then upload it in her kpro. But then again, it takes forever. When you try to upload a new map into the kpro, it d/c too.

So, we can't datalog and we can't upload new maps....

Anyone ever had this problem? Can we fix it without buying a new kpro?

Where is the kpro serial number?

On the K-Pro board inside the ECU.
