Recently updated kmanager to v3.0.2.0 and when i try to load a calibration it's asking me to update owners details before it will let me upload. I enter all the info and hit the update button but nothing happens. When I disconnect my computer from the ecu the fields aren't even clickable.

Press "Update KPro with Owner's Details' then 'Register KPro with Hondata'.

I've already tried doing that but when i hit the buttons nothing happens. Also, I can only enter the info with my computer hooked up to the ecu and the car on. Otherwise I cant even enter any info.

Ok, give us the details as per the posting guidelines. It sounds like you may not even have a KProIII.

You have not provided the K-Pro serial number that is on the board inside the ECU.

We have released a new version (V3.0.3) to fix your problem.
