Ok here it goes. I had kpro for maybe about 2 years had full bolt ons rbc hd img etc etc. got the car tuned. Was hella fast. Long story short. I removed my kpro(sad day) and got a stock prb ecu. Went to a Acura dealer and got it flashed. First day I noticed a weird idle and feels like I am running on 3 cylinders. Don't kno what the problem is yet please help. Checked plugs and they seem fine. Do I need to return the ground back to original location?

This sounds like something that the Acura dealer will have to help you with since you have removed the Hondata system.
