Ive got the Red PCB KPROV3 installed in my ECU.

Installation of the Kmanager is fine and as well as the Kpro usb drivers too.

1)
The ECU connects to the laptop with IGN ON. then when i start the engine and datalogs she stays connected for a few seconds then disconnects then every time i reconnect to datalog it keeps disconnecting.

Pretty much connects and disconnects within 2secs apart.

so restart all over again and try again - same thing. sometimes she will stay connected on IDLE but once i turn on the AC or Rev up, turn on the headlights or something she disconnects the usb connection to kmanager connectivity and the status says Offline but it says Driver Installed. wtf?

ive tried un-install / re-install everything on the laptop including the latest kmanager and usb drivers and still does the same shit.

also when i want to change the IDLE RPM persay 600rpm from 1000rpm ...it wont change the new settings even after being uploaded into the ecu. (when the connection is stable on IGN ON (engine off)).

Is there a SHIFTLIGHT CEL/MIL indicator settings that i can set up on the KproV3 in KManager? just like S300 ??

ill provide the ecu serial # and Kpro # when i get home from work today, but in the meantime anyone know wtf is going on?

Either the KPro installation is bad or your engine grounds are missing / in the wrong place / bad connection. The eliminate the KPro installation try the ECU in another vehicle. Some information about the engine grounds can be found here http://www.hondata.com/techk20swapgrounds.html

I'm having the same issues as you did. Just received my kpro v3, it was an upgrade due to my kpro being an old version. now I'm having offine issues when the car starts/running. the kpro stays online with the IGN ON but goes offline once i start the car. any help?

What spark plugs are you using?
