Guys I going crazy! Ok, after blowing my first PND ecu thinking it was a mechanical fault as no fuel was coming through, I now went and sourced a PNF ecu, transferred and soldered/wired kpro III in correctly, wired up new k20a2 harness and rywire ek harness. I plug laptop in, kpro states online, drivers installed, I disable immobilizer but can't seem to upload cal, it says loading and half way through upload failed! and gives me a 'error report send to hondata'. And the red light in kpro is flashing non stop, as a result I cannot start car and just swings, fuel pump not priming either.

Please assist

- serial number of your K-Pro. Chrome sticker, 10155
- ECU part number . 37820-PNF-A032091-308040
- KManager version. 3.1.1
- the calibration. don't have as car doesn't start
- a datalog of a problem. don't have
- what sort of vehicle you have. Civic 99-00 ek
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU. all stock, other than rywire harness-
a specific description of the problem. Red light flashing and fuel pump does not prime at all, have transferred my kpro from a PND ecu into a PNF, kpro comes online, uploads a cal but refuses to start

masked around case
Image

in J250, a 'O' chip that was left unchanged
Image

pins all correctly placed, kpro board clips in easily
Image

wired
Image

R243 replaced with a '223' chip from old ecu. In place J24 i dont have a 'O' chip, instead i have the brown chip that came in the PNF ecu.(do i replace with another 'O' chip??). see corner left
Image

is this all correctly placed?
Image

is this correct?
Image

another pic to show not touching next chip
Image

bridged it is this correct? And removed J160 chip

Plugged ecu in, it now uploads cal, but red light still flicking, fuel pump still not priming nor starting

Since you have tried to swap this yourself there is no way of knowing what the problem is. This K-Pro was sold as an install kit to Xenoccron Tuning. You may want to contact them for support on this.

ok guys i got it all sorted. Ecu loads cal's, comes online, car starts, fuel pump is running, tacho is working. But when i doing a datalog and press record, no live data is showing on laptop in rpm etc no movement. So when i stop recording datalog to view log it opens blank. What can i check for?

You need to contact Xenocron for support on this since you have tried to install it yourself and it was purchased through them.
