Stop immediatly. If you have to ground the analog inputs for it to start the car you have a major wiring problem, more specifically with the grounds. Check all your grounds and the wiring harness, correct the fault and then it should work correctly. DO NOT HOOK UP A GROUND TO THE ANOLOG INPUT TO TRY TO START IT OR YOU WILL DAMAGE THE K-PRO AND ECU.

Hey Spunkster,

Thanks for the warning.
I started with 5 separate grounds cause I've read that grounding improperly can damage the ecu/kpro.
Block
Head
Intake manifold
And chassis points near Left and right headlights

The harness is grounded on the head also

All from a distributor-block on the battery.
Ill remove the dash and recheck all the ground points again in 6 hours.

Is there also a way to check if my K-Pro is still functional?
Don't want to take the risk and plug it into some1 else his car.
Thanks in advance,

Mitch

The only way to test is in a known good vehicle.

Yep thought so to. Ill send the ecu to CPL for diagnostics.
Hope to hear within 1 week what I could have done wrong,

Mitch

Hey Guys,

Good news. It wasn't my Kpro. load of my wallet XD.
It was a safety switch crap which was faulty.

this:

Took my dash apart 3-4 times..but it runs!
Only thing i had was a bad functioning iacv couldnt get it to work with kpro.
Idle keept surging up and down. So blocked it off and adjusted with the idle screw.

I also get a checkengine after 2 mins of driving. cannot see the fault code in K-pro.
Ill jumper it tonight check it out.

Mitch
