Hello, My last Hondata experience was V1 Kpro/Asus XP USB cable. I plan on playing with mine quite a bit and was planning on using my 11" Macbook Air w/ Parallels (would this work bluetooth should I go this route?) (also please confirm there is no KManager on ipad) . I can imagine though for a few hundred dollars I could get something better in PC land used. Is there a specific machine that is best not just for the software but for price and environment? maybe a tablet of some type? I'm a Mac guy so I don't really know what's good these days.

Maybe I'm coming from a place of ignorance but isn't the goal just to run KPro w/logging? I can't see how what machine is used would matter. I'm currently using an ASUS laptop I dug out of a dumpster and refurbished back in 2012, and have no complaints other than that I wish the screen had a higher resolution so I could have more screen real estate.

Yeah, I'm perfectly fine using my macbook although I haven't seen anything directly related to using one with Parallels, it's also been a long time since Ive use any kind of windows anything on a Mac so buying a PC for a few hundred is cool, buying a 12 year old piece of crap that I can't see/use without clumsy, obsolete adapters etc VS something that might be worth getting and using with new features I don't know about. I figured this being the Hondata page there has got to be a favorite amongst the guys who do this daily.

Requirements can be found at: https://www.hondata.com/kmanager

KManager will not run on an iPad or Android tablet.
