Motec MAP sensor

Post by wpayson »

I am looking to buy a Motec 3 bar MAP sensor to use with the available calibration on the K-Pro. Does anyone know the part number of the sensor that I would need to use with this calibration? I am having a good bit of trouble finding exacly the one I need and with the right voltage.

Any help is much appreciated!

They are available through any Hondata dealer for $90.

That sounds like the GM sensor. I was under the impression that the Hondata guys were unsure of the difference between the older model MAPs and the newer MAPs. The Motec MAPs run on a slightly different voltage than GM ones do. But I can get them from Hondata dealers? Any info on part numbers?

Just ask for the Motec 3-bar from Hondata when you call the dealer....they can order it.
