Hello...I have D17A1 engine (non-vtec), which have upgraded intake system (D16 intake manifold, custom intake without resonator) and custom exhaust system (catless, 2,25 inches). Is there some basic map for hondata for this mild modifications? thank you

No, you will have to go to the New Calibration button and choose the base calibration closest to your setup and begin tunign from there.
