So I have been trying to figure out what I can adjust to make the car run better while the motor is still cold. I can not even give it any gas at all with out it missing or backfiring really bad. I am currently running 2002 RSX Type S with RBC, CAI, Race header, 3 inch custom exhaust, and K-pro. So if some one could give me some insight that would be great.

Just to add on to what I have told you all my car. In the morning or anytime I start my car up when it is cold it will idle perfect. It has a small miss from time to time but will idle perfect and after the car warms up to about 150 it will run perfect. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong or how I can adjust my timing for cold starts?? I am needing help!!

Has the car been tuned on the dyno yet?

I tuned the car on the dyno, runs like a champ. Used the cold air map as a start when we did the tuning. As far as driving around i left the map alone for cruising, except made adjustments to AF to make it closer to 14.7 for cruising, then closed loop to do the fine adjustments.

So overall, you can just say its the cold air tuned calibration map, with WOT tuned on dyno.

At first i thought it might be some adjustment maps based on coolant temp, like s300 and all other EMS have. Either im completely blind, or there are no correction maps based on coolant temp for ignition and such.
