Hard to say anything about the datalog without the calibration that was run to pull data. Your fuel curves should be relatively smooth, and the cam angles you use at part throttle play a huge roll in how your fuel economy will turn out. Stock honda cams have almost no valve over lap so 20-30 degrees of advance at part throttle is very good, while after market cams will have much more overlap and require less to almost no cam advance at part throttle to provide the same fuel economy.

Hope this helps, lmk if you have any other questions.

I'm using toda header, intake, exhaust, stock cam.
So basically just keep tuning till I get a smooth curve on my fuel around roughly 15.0 air/fuel ratio at part throttle?
I was told I could lean it out around 15.2 ratio for good economy at part throttle..

You need to keep the fuel centered around 14.7 at part throttle. You can lean out e85 to around 15 at part throttle and still be alright, but i always tune pump gas to 14.7. Stick with overlap of the cams for fuel economy, your setup shouldnt be very inefficient anyways.
