Datalogging with PCS sensors

Post by madlabracing »

I am trying to datalog fuel/oil/water press. But I have issues.
I get everything like hondata says to setup.
B2 - Logic Ground
D19 - Sensor Voltage
then A0/A1/A2 for sensor signal input.

I am using PCS 0-100psi sensors.

I get everything working at idle, but when I make a pass it is very erratic.
I run a full chassis/engine wire harness with built in sensor wiring.

I have tried eliminating the sensor wiring and running my own wiring, using the grounds off
the s300 but it doesn't change. Any advice?

Post the calibration as well as the datalog showing the issue.

Just read this, let me give it a go...
Will upload those in a little bit.

If I pull the log off the ecu using the "Save As" function the analog sensors display incorrectly.

If I pull the log off the ecu using the "Download" function the analog sensors display correctly.

Ok finally got car back together.

Here is what it is doing:

At idle everything is good. S300 matches.
It only happens on pass.
If i do save as i get that eratic signal.
But if i download first it displays but at a less numerical value.
I.e., right before 2nd I look at mechanical gauge, it read 90, but the log, says 40.

Here is the cal and the datalog.
The pass was a transmission check, so we took it slow.

You didn't attach anything.
