Two questions.. AFR and dispay

I've been tuning my frieds turbo gsr and he's using an AEM UEGO. Well when I first tuned it a few months ago I had to play with the offset forever to make it right. Maybe there is an easier way to set it up but I don't know what it is. Let me know if there is lol Anyways I got it damn close and everything was good.

Fast forward, added a new map sensor. Got the offset figured it seems to be dead on. But when I go to tune the car the afr on the hondata reads right anywhere leaner than about 12.5/13:1 But when the boost comes on hard hondata is showing about 12.3 so after I added some fuel it shows about 12.0 but the AEM gauge is reading in the 10s. The sensor has been recently replaced and the AFRs that I tuned the car to were still dead on.

2nd. I also like to display my maps and view my sensors in a certain way. Seems like a waste of a few minutes everytime I turn the laptop on to set the sensors to read in "/PSI and AFR, autotune defaults to 12.5:1, and the map goes from vacuum to boost tables backwards(to me). I've tried saving it 20 different times and it keeps going back to default.

Suggestion probably brought up before, but still. I tune my ls1 cars with an LC1 via serial cable. AFR/Lamda/EQR are 100% right everytime. Super easy... Maybe the software can be interfaced to work with a serial input or logworks/LM programmer.

Sorry for the novel I wrote
Thanks for the help

You have not told us how you have everything connected and setup.

Everything is connected like stock. The UEGO is connected through the ELD pinout. Posting a log and calibratipon won't show you that ECU AFR and actual AFR don't match. Not to mention I don't have a log or the cal, it's all on his laptop. I'll probably get back to the car in a few days and get it dialed in. I didn't want to spend another hour trying to get the voltage offset correct again. Just wondering if anyone has encountered these issues or if there is a faster way of getting AFRs to match then just pushing buttons til it's close.

Maybe it's a voltage problem from the UEGO to the ECU. But that doesn't sound right seeing that it's accurate anything leaner than about 12.5~13.0.

It's a p28 ecu and turbo gsr motor. Pretty basic stuff all obd1 US.

Thanks

Where did you ground the gauge? Where did you get 12 volts?....etc.

I'll find out real quick. Thanks for your help.

It's powered from the stereo and it's grounded to the body of the car. I'll double check them. But it looks like I may have to do some voltage testing on both sides of the gauge to make sure the input and output match.

Please follow the wiring instructions on our website: http://www.hondata.com/techplxwiring.html

The installation was done correctly from what I saw. Not saying that the stereo is the best place to take 12 volts from but it shouldn't(operative word) be an issue. Like I said I'll probably have to do some voltage testing on both sides of the gauge to make sure it matches. Or better yet make him do it hahaha. Appearantly, only I get these weird o2 issues. 10:1 it's 0 volts, at 20:1 its 5 volts. I would think if it was a voltage issue my problem would be backwards. Like it would read closer at low voltage but when it goes to 5 volts it would be off.

What about the settings? Where do I save it so when I start the laptop up the map sensor reads "/psi and the WBO2 reads AFR? Or is that just something I have to deal with?
