Two questions.. AFR and dispay

I've been tuning my frieds turbo gsr and he's using an AEM UEGO. Well when I first tuned it a few months ago I had to play with the offset forever to make it right. Maybe there is an easier way to set it up but I don't know what it is. Let me know if there is lol Anyways I got it damn close and everything was good.
Fast forward, added a new map sensor. Got the offset figured it seems to be dead on. But when I go to tune the car the afr on the hondata reads right anywhere leaner than about 12.5/13:1 But when the boost comes on hard hondata is showing about 12.3 so after I added some fuel it shows about 12.0 but the AEM gauge is reading in the 10s. The sensor has been recently replaced and the AFRs that I tuned the car to were still dead on.
2nd. I also like to display my maps and view my sensors in a certain way. Seems like a waste of a few minutes everytime I turn the laptop on to set the sensors to read in "/PSI and AFR, autotune defaults to 12.5:1, and the map goes from vacuum to boost tables backwards(to me). I've tried saving it 20 different times and it keeps going back to default.
Suggestion probably brought up before, but still. I tune my ls1 cars with an LC1 via serial cable. AFR/Lamda/EQR are 100% right everytime. Super easy... Maybe the software can be interfaced to work with a serial input or logworks/LM programmer.
Sorry for the novel I wrote
Thanks for the help
