ok so i few months back i was ussing my laptop and it used to connect perfectly fine with any ecu , but the other day i went to tune a friends car and the lapptop did not connect or it seems like it , it doesnt allow me to upload nor download the information

What is the serial number of the s300 and from Help, About, what version of software are you using?
