PWM Boost Controller testing

Hey all,

Just wondering if there's a way to "test" the boost controller on the Hondata to make sure it's wired correctly. When the car is running and boosting, I can't hear any clicking of sorts because of all the other noises going on. It would be nice to be able to troubleshoot things but running a quick test just to make sure things are functioning as they should.

Let me know if this option exists or if there's a creative way of making it happen.

Thanks!

Change the parameters so that it can come on at idle and feel it to see if it is working. THe other option is to try different duty cycles and see if it changes your boost level.

Set it to fixed duty cycle, input a setting (50% should work well), and set the activation load to 0 kpa.

Just pull the top WG line and should have vacuum when solenoid is power

Put a +12v LED to the two leads (to correct polarity) and then change activation to a number lower than vaccuum and adjust duty cycle -- watch the brightness change.

That's "Good" way to test.
