I have turbo b18b1 and i currently have a cluster problems my speedometer works but my s300 says i go only 0 mph then errors and says 4mph

i am going to buy a new cluster but its gotta wait ...

for now... will this hurt my car if i drive it???

You need to check the VSS wiring to the ECU. It will not allow you to run boost by gear and other compensations based on gear will not work.
