Hondata please research:

Version 2 Board - Stacktrace error message, Out of Memory Exception is encountered trying to download calibration. Also tried three different laptops with Windows 7 & Smanager 2.0.0 same issue and smanager crashes after error message comes up

I tried it with 3 different clients on Windows 7 and cannot access/download the stored calibration.

That is not a serial number. The serial number is on a sticker.
