Hello, I have a 1995 Civic Ex Sedan w/ USDM B18C1, CTR cams, Innovate Wideband Sensor, Hondata S300J on JDM P72 ECU.. My problem is when I switch on the A/C my idle drops to about 450-550 RPM and slowly goes up, but not to 850 RPM.. I have increased the slider for the IACV one increment at a time, all this is doing it's Increasing my idle or makes the RPM hang for like three to four seconds before it goes to 850 RPM.. Adjusting the slider past three increments just increases my idle.. I know that USDM engines use ELD units, JDM ecu do not.. What should I do to take care of this?

O.k., here it goes

1995 Civic Ex Sedan
USDM B18C1
JDM P72 ECU
Hondata S300J
CTR cams
MTX-L Innovate WideBand Sensor.
External Coil (MSD).

There will be two Calibrations with two datalogs one is USDM Calibration and DataLog, the other is JDM Calibration and DataLog. Like I said before, Idle drops and car shakes when A/C is switched on..

Your IAT is very high. This is causing there to be IAT based fuel and ignition corrections and this could be why the idle dips when the AC is turned on. Figure out why your IAT is getting so high and try to keep the IATs down and see if that resolves the problem.

O.k., Check this out Spunk. The Vehicle I have is a Civic EX Sedan with four wheel ABS, this ABS modulator/Acummulator is located on the Firewall really close to this GSR intake Manifold throttle Body, I have a short Ram intake with a Aluminum Radiator.. air Filter is located slightly behind the Radiator fan.... Also, what company makes an air intake system for this engine installed in a '95 Civic with Wheel ABS.. If needed I can attach a pic of what I'm talking about..

You may need to get a custom cold air intake made.
