Ah yes I see... I used the quick spool today at the track with co2 it performed exactly as it should... For anyone that cares I do 1psi activation pressure and then set it two psi under target boost for each gear the lower the value the lighter the power will come on. We run around 34psi in 3-4 gear so I set it at 32 in the table it came on too hard lol spun 3rd on fresh tires and we have a very laggy power band usually so I.would say it works.. I backed it down.to 28 or so and I have a nice linear power curve in 3rd and 4th. This is going to help a lot for people that didn't know how to do this in the bbg tables.... Almost had to bust out the speed limiter as our driver hasnt licensed yet.

I use two maps, low and high boost (91 octane and E-85). Since I primarily run E-85 and thus high boost, can I set the quick spool numbers to work there and not have issues when I flip my toggle switch and fill up on pump gas? I would like to run the quick spool at 20+lbs, however, I cannot come close to that (safely) with pump gas. Will the unit run as desired and control boost in the low boost table, or shoot for the quick spool number?

This is something you will have to try.

Sounds dangerous to try as I described... I'll make the high boost E-85 map with boost by gear use the low tables for 91 octane and keep the quick spool values in the 20's. That should be the same as when I actually run the 91 (I hope)...

So I have tried and discovered that even if I set boost control (by gear) for a fixed limit, the quick spool overrides it. Is there a way to override the quick spool and use the boost control as the limiting factor. I cannot currently use 2 different maps and thus 2 different boost settings while keeping the quick spool settings for the higher boost level (where it's most useful) and control boost at the lower level. Is there a way that 2 quick spool setting can be integrated to better use this (it is after all a beta version)...

Quickspool

This will work with fixed duty cycle correct? kinda skipped some low boost psi running 55% duty = 17psi. i can set activation at 1 and set say 15psi in each gear of the quickspool correct?

cars being re tuned on a Steady state dyno and fixing other issues before hand and will eventually set up Boost By Gear.

Good to see that S300 V2 supports serial wideband datalogging.
But would it be such a big problem to add serial wideband datalogging via an usb-port (like Neptune) for the older S300?

I would like to be able to connect my LM1 wideband via serial to usb converter at my notebook and then using this usb port as the wideband input source in the S300 SManager.
