S300 Solid Red LED

A customer brought me his S300v1 ECU and it's showing a solid red light and does not run his car properly. I connected using SManager and the settings are out of range and do not make sense. I can upload his calibration or create a new calibration but the red LED does not go out. I also tried erasing the ECU but SManager says it cannot erase it.

I tested his ECU with another S300 and it worked fine. I then put his S300 in my ECU and the same red LED came on.

I believe the S300 is bad and would like to send it in for repair. Please tell me how to proceed. Thank you.

Since this is out of warranty we cannot repair this. It will have to be replaced and the replacement will be a V3. The cost for this will be $400.

Ok, $400 includes shipping to Puerto Rico? Do I have to send in the bad S300?
