O2 heater problem

Post by Owenreed1991 »

So I have a 93 Honda Civic with a Frankenstein swap. It's a b20b block with a b18c head with a hondata s300. When I have the hondata plugged in a I start it it throws a code 41 whish is oxygen sensor heater. But if I plug my stock p28 computer in it will start and not throw the code. I chased the wires the two heater wires look ok. The yellow and black gets 12v with the key on and the orange and black doesn't but not sure if it's supposed to. Could someone please point me in the right direction so I can get the dam check engine light to stay off

What ECU are you using with the s300?

The ecu is the computer isn't it. The number on the outside says p-28 like the stock one that was in it.
