S300v3 strange behavior

Upgraded from a v2 to a v3 about a month ago. Since then I have converted to E85 per instructions and everything so far is working great but recently when I load a tune, the next time I start the car it will idle funny drive like it's in limp mode and when I connect via the USB and start the data-logger the displays are frozen and no values change. The phone app can connect via Bluetooth but the gauges also do not move. If I sit for a few minutes idling it will correct itself, you can hear the idle change and the displays and gauges will start reading again and the car will drive perfectly. Just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or if it's normal?

The ECU is mounted in it's stock location so I can't see the lights on the board. Doesn't happen all the time so Ill have to wait until it happens again and open up the ECU cover hopefully with enough time to see what the lights are doing.

Just curious, is there anything I should be watching out for if it does happen again as far as the s300 lights?

Check your connections at the ecu and your grounds? Especially ground to the thermostat housing.
