My Knock Sensor MIL keeps coming on, Any ideas what it could be?

Are you sure the knock sensor in the block is working and undamaged?

Yes working fine on Dyno 1 week ago Light came on a few times just turned car off and was good. This has been playing up for a while replaced with new and still same.

Have you discussed this with your tuner?
Do you have forged pistons?
If you are using a P30, the knock board is tuned for a B16A engine and not an H22. That could also be the issue. With some research there is information out there about the resistors on the board that will tune it for the H22 instead.
