You have to use the Nitrous/AUX parameters for this.

Use a dual stage boost controller that has a switch to togle from the 2 settings and use the nitrous/aux controls to setup the conditions and parameters you want for this. Then use the output to trigger the boost controller.

If you are using a boost control solenoid, then you just go into the Boost Control parameters and set it up.

ok so all i have to do is set the high/low boost to active with the ac switch?? i tried to set the ac switch to turn on and off my dataloging but it didn't work. so i'm thinking there is a little more work involved in making it work properly

You have to wire a switch to the input you are using.
