Virus in SManager?

I've recently had to format laptop. Upon trying to reinstall SManager from downloaded installation file. AVG is picking up that the SManger.exe has a virus attached. W32/Virut.Z is the virus name. Anyone else getting this?

there s no virus. Its just mistaken identity on the part of the virus scan.

Switched to Norton AV and all is well. Weird. Oh well. Thanks for help.
