B18C1 started fine, drove fine, now getting codes

Very wierd. Car was B16a with fmu, went to b18c1 with hondata. Using a vortech fmu and intank fuel pump. Car started initially and ran fine. Still in break-in period so we didnt get on it too hard. Part throttle was amazingly perfect for first test drive. Came back, changed oil, set timing to 16 degrees, and tried to set fuel pressure to 50, but it would only go down to 55. No change when vaccum was put on the regulator. Took it for another drive, and part throttle driving is horrible. Can hear is popping, and missing, and it feels like its flooding engine with fuel. Car gets to anywhere in boost, and check engine light will flash. Light will NOT stay on. Checked codes, getting 14, 16, and 41. All sensors are plugged in, and I know 14 was because we unplugged iac to set timing. 16 is the wierd one. Fuel injector system? WTF? Is this caused by the Fpr? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

I assume you are boosting, if you are using the Vortec FMU??? Get rid of it, you don't need it with Hondata. Use your stock regulator, or get a good 1:1. If you are using a base map....set tour timing and fuel pressure to what the progam was tuned with. But you should get your car tuned on a dyno anyway.
