Hondata

Hey guys i was just wondering if anyone knew the problems that you could run into if you use a PR4 ecu with S100 on a b16a2? It was just pointed out to me that hondata doesnt have the PR4 in the list of suitable ecu to use with hondata on my motor. So with that being said if anyone has any information for me that would be great. Just had it chipped and the map put on 2 days ago and having problems with it. The PR4 was given to me by the Local tuner shop in my area. Thanks

no one can help with anything? I dont see this setup to much. especially since its a non vtec ecu.. I am hoping that they just forgot to hook up the vtec.

You need a vtec ECU to run a vtec engine with s100.

If add vtec to my ecu when chipped with the hondata s100. But now they are saying that since the map was on a s200 before and i am using a s100 now that is causing my problems. Could that make a big difference in how the motor is running?

It should not matter if it is an s100 or s200.

Thats what i was thinking too.. Maybe since my car sat for 2 years before being started.. There is something in there i need to figure out.+
