No power gain after 6000?

What should be the reason of that? After 6000 to 7500 power curve looks like horizontal with strange spikes.
Fueling is 12.5
Belt is OK.
Ignition in WOT near 30.

At what boost level are you seeing this 30 degrees of timing?

What ignition system? Coil? Wires? Plugs? Cap?

in Moscow 92, 95 and 98 octane fuel here. I'm driving on 98.

Yes, 30" at WOT, but I'd like to check my start ignition because Hondalogger shows 14" and I set 16" in Romeditor. If my start ignition is 14", I think I have just 28" at WOT. Am I right? Is it possible to set up the distributor using only Hondalogger without stroboscope device?

All of my ignition system is stock for a while.

Boost is stock JRSC level - 7 lbs after vtec.
