Hondalogger gone bad once again

Just recently my hondalogger went bad and had to be relaced. This past weekend my hondalogger stopped functioning again. It will not read ignition advance, air/water temperature readings soar to 248 degrees (and stay there), the map sensor readings and idle speed start going wild. Has the hondalogger chip gone bad again?
