 Post subject: s200b on a Sunfire?

Have a question. Hope this isn't a noobish question that gets brought up all the time... My friend has a s200b for sale and I drive a Sunfire. I didn't think it would be compatible since those are mostly just for Honda's but he said it would probably work, I would just have to tune it differently for my vehicle. Is this true or am I getting took?
