My car is currently tuned with the HONDATA s200. I had to replace the performance intake manifold, fuel injectors, and fuel rail with the OEM parts in order to pass emissions. Now if I were to leave the OEM parts in my car will there be much of a power loss compared to the aftermarked parts that it's tuned to?

There may be a difference. The only way to tell would be to put it on the dyno.

That's one option. But I would like to avoid a 7+hour drive round trip and spending $350+ for a dyno session. I was just curious to know if there would be a significant noticeable difference in power loss.

IF you have changed injectors, you will need to get retuned to run properly.
