Ok well first off what happened was your computer is set to once your ect goes over 199 your car goes into protection mode. Your fan is not working or you are having a thermostat problems. You need to really research supercharging singlecams since cooling the air is a problem. You need to run a 160 degree thermostat and a thermal intake manifold gasket. Bypass all collant lines going to yout throttle body and Idle air control valve. Finally know when you get the car running right you need to run your airfuel a little rich to keep the cylinder temps down. 10.9 to 11.3 here is my z6 tune currently i am on a ported supercharger/blower so my current setup with a d16y8 crank pulley I should be making 9psi but since im ported im making just under 6psi. I madee 171 whp on 4.5 to 5 psi.

Do not use a 160 degree thermostat. You should always use a stock thermostat.

Spunkster I realize you are the guy that helps with all this but i am currently problem solving the Iat temps from having a non intercooled blower and even though I am using a 160 tstat is still runs 175 area. with the 181 and 185 tstat it runs 188 to 190. I am crusing in 85 degree weather with a iat of 125 which is a big drop from befor when I had 165 iat a crusing speeds. So can you give some insight on why not to use a 160 tstat?

Can you not set the computer to read x degree as closed loop? I know that eco motors use a lower tstat.
