Calibrations for S-Manager - Use all calibrations at your own risk (dyno tuning recommended)

Don't do that. The D16A1 is a DOHC non vtec engine. The base map for it will not work on a SOHC vtec engine. You need to used the preloaded base map for the 92-95 P28. That is the base map for the D16z6, but if you knock 4-5 degrees of timing out of it, hook up a wideband if you don't have the s300 v3 and dial in the fuel mapping. That will get you in the general area. It will be running a bit rich at that point, but it won't damage anything like too much timing or running too lean can do. I will post my D16y8 base maps next time I am at home.hpmx18 wrote:use the d16a1 and make changes till your able to idle the car and go from where if you have a widebandgnxpro24 wrote:I need a basemap for a stock d16y8 Hondata s300. Thanks for the replys. I appreciate all of them. So here is the deal. I have a fresh d16y8 with a semi built bottom end and fully built head that I am just breaking in. I will be boosting it very soon so I was hoping to find someone that has a good quality tune for the engine while it is still N/A. I don't want to spend the 300-400$ to get it tuned just to turn around and do the same thing in a few weeks once it gets some boost.
