B18c1 with us fm type r pistons and ctr cams

Anybody have a tune close for this set up?

B18c1 block w/ usdm type r Pistons
Get head super tech dual valve springs keepers and retainers
Ferrea valves
Ctr cams
Skunk2 pro series manifold
Toda headers
2.5in invidia exhaust
Blox 2.5 velocity stack intake
Bwr adjustable can gears set at 0
Gsr y80 tranny clutch master flywheel w/ comp. clutch 4 puck
255cc fuel pump

I have a tune good for normal driving around town but don't want to mess with ignition timing on the streets. And I have problems in the winter with cold starts that cranks good but after a few seconds or a minute it blips about 3-5 seconds to lean (16-17afr) then goes to normal cold idle. I've already tried adjusting post start, cold start, ect coolant temp on open loop.

Vtec was at 11.0 but I adjusted a little to get to 12.8-13.0 haven't tested it yet but normal driving is st 14.0-14.6
