afr going to lean on boost

at some length AFR ~ 10-11 the indicator shows LEAN.

It is a rev limiter at the point in the datalog about (11:10) Disable launch control and the speed limiter see if that helps.

Only problem I see is at 2:35 which is a boost cut.

but boost cut on settings = 1600 mbar
on 2:35 maximum boost is 1592 mbar

The datalog shows the MAP at a far lower sample rate than what the ECU sees. The datalogged MAP was 99.5% of the boost cut pressure, but there was one or more values at 1600 or higher pressure.

the fuel pump is bad - flow is 90 lph on 43 psi

need replace
