How accurate are the stock maps that come with sManager?

Is stockusp72.skl supposed to run identical to a factory ecu? Or is it a map someone tuned for a gsr? Or just a base map that runs good enough?

Prelude.skl (without the 440 injectors) ran about a half second slower at the track, vs the jdm factory ecu. Mebbe I d*cked something..

I've always been curious about the prelude.skl file and how close it was to factory since everyone claims that you can't do anything with the P13 I'd imagine it isn't the file directly off of one. Probably just a bone stock prelude where they tried to get it as close as possible.

It is a base calibration that was made on the dyno, but as it is just a basemap you may be able to get better performance by tuning it on the dyno. The values in the base map will be different than what is found in a P13 ECU as that is a completely different ECY type and the tables are different.

Sucks you guys were never able to get the S300 to work with the P13 ECU. Any reason why?

It is a completely different ECU with a different processor. The OBD1 ECUs that are compatible work very well with a H22 and just require proper tuning.
