whats up everyone like the title says car runs lean as soon as i turn the headlights on. and the warmer the car gets
the more it will lean out with the headlights on until it just shuts off. anyone facing this issue before could share how they solved it please ??

You have the injector dead time set incorrectly.

You should also post a datalog of the problem as it's happening.

i cleaned my grounds and its been acting a lot better but heres the data log i had saved when it was happening you will notice the lean happening is when i put the lights on and when it goes back to normal i had shut the lights.

Multiple problems.
Your charging system is not good. The voltage should not dip to under 12V just putting the lights on.
The lambda seems incredibly rich even with the lights off; under 12:1 at idle.
IAT is high (125F). This will tend to make things rich anyhow. Do you have a hot air intake?
Why no closed loop?
