Good Vtech Windows?

Hey guys, just looking for some ideas for what i should set my vetch window at? I have an 09 si, with a takeda cai and a greedy catback

You can read help , there is good explanation how to tune vtec, vtec crossover and many other useful info. You decide what window youd like to have , it was implemented to save some fuel under partial load and for better daily driveability . For example i have vtec @ 4500 under full load so if i wanna be a badass then i just push da throttle to the floor and it kicks in early, under partial load my vtec kicks in at 5500 , thats enough to avoid vtec engagement while just driving.

two runs, one with vtec and one without vtec , where the curves cross that is the perfect crossover
