CT-e Supercharger w/ 3 inch pulley

Post by Pir8pete »

I have a question;

I have installed the base map for CT-e Supercharger Stage 2 w/ 3.15 pulley.

How much fuel will I need to add if I drop to a 3 inch pulley? it adds about a pound and a half more psi.

What percentage would I need to add to the fuel table? I beleave I'm running lean after about 3500rpm

You would need to tune this on the dyno to be safe, as ignition timing may be more inportant than the AF ratio.

i'm getting knock on two cylinders with cyl. three being the most at 11 in a 40 min drive around town at half throttle.

cylinder two had 6

so this would be the timing? or A/F or both

Also my ECT was at 212(F) in red? but dropped fast after I stayed at light throttle cursing speed.

knock is more dependant on timing than fuel

I'm just trying to street tune for now till I get on a dyno, just to drive light to half throttle, so I'd be safe till the dyno tune, but I'm new to flashpro

so why would the base map throw so much knock? at light to just under half throttle? I'm 240ft ish above sea level!

All cars are different, and what may be being picked up as knock could just be other mechanical noise.

I did notice that cylinders 2 and 3 are VERY sensitive and will show knock when there is no audible knock at all. I was showing knock in cylinder 2 when releasing the throttle a few times. With no ignition even firing. So it will pick up a lot of other engine noise.
