Question on ebay tune I purchased

i purchased an ebay tune from this guy a bit ago:

i had been running a base map (Injen SRI), and while it ran well, it felt a little weak. then i purchased the one from this guy, and its much stronger feeling. i do have two questions about it tho

1) under WOT, my AFR varies from 12.7-13.2ish. is this dangerous at all? do i need to correct it?

2) i get a few knock counts under WOT.. usually about 3-4 in total, most of them in cylinder 2. also get some knock (~3-6) if i go WOT in 6th gear at low RPMs.

does this tune sound dangerous and should i stop using it?

your AFR sounds pretty damn spot on (asuming you're N/A and not boosted)

well i looked online and someone said it should be like 12.6-12.8 all the way till redline. so aren't i running lean then?
