Error P0113 - intake air temperature sensor high voltage

On the Civic Si the IAT is part of the AFM. Is it still connected?

I would add fuel to your cal or stay completely out of boost until you get a tune. You are way too lean in boost. In your log you are at 3psi of boost with a 14:1 AFR that is like a plasma cutter to your pistons and rings.

And your fuel trim is adding like 40+% fuel for you. But when you go into open fuel status fuel trim can't save you anymore.

Not under boost you need to be low 12's unless you're running above 12psi would want to be closer to 11.5
