Tune Needed - K20A Euro R

Hey guys I have an 08 FG2 Si. Just installed a stock K20a euro r engine using the z3 harness and ecu and trans, it runs but limiter is 5k and it runs very poorly, almost like its misfiring but there are no codes. The engine judders when under load and bogs out. I'm very new to the tuning side of this, I would like to get this thing to run properly, I have the 06-11 civic si flashpro but don't know where to go from here. If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated, I don't mind paying for a tune/basemap!
