Hi,
What happens to a locked ECU, if in car service they update software with original Honda software? Can I only lock and flash it again and it is ok?

It should not be a problem. You should be able to upload your calibration back into the ECU.

If the dealer over-writes the flash in the ECU then the only problem I can see is that the dealer might use a newer calibration than what FlashPro will recognize. In this case we should be able to fix it with a software release, but it could take some time.
