I am having a little troublew with the boost control feature. I had been on the phone with Matt from Hondata yesterday and he had me try taking out the diode in line and either way i still have the same problem.

From the top

I setup the solenoid

#1 on the solenoid is t into the bottom of the wastegate and the vaccum source

#2 on the solenoid is on the top of the wastegate

#3 is open

I have one with with a fused 10amp fuse on b2 on the ecu plus the other wire is grounded to chassis

I get a boost spike even at 1% car goes right to boost cut which I have set at 16psi. The spring pressure on the wastegate is 8psi from the spring.

I have tried every duty cycle I could. 1,5,10,15,20,25,30,40,50 etc and still get the same result.

I have tried 3 diffrent solenoide I can get them to click from the ecu by making activation pressure -14.7 so I know I am wired correctly.

Can anyone shed some light on this? I even installed the lines back the way they were and I get spring pressure.

Any help would be appreciated.

Post the calibration and a datalog showing the problem as well as exactly what has been done to the car. Post a picture of exactly where and how you have everything wired.
