Random EAccess Violation Error When Downloading Datalog?

Not sure if anyone else experiences this issue or if its only an isolated issue with my FP Manager software however I have recently been getting these random EAcessViolation errors occur when attempting to download datalogs from the FP unit itself and only when downloading them via my TSX flashpro unit, my FN2 Type-R flashpro does not have this issue happen.

I have attached a screenshot showing the error after it occurs:

It only happens after almost finishing downloading the datalog files, the progress bars show almost complete and then the error shows. When you click "ok" FP closes and the datalog does not copy to the save directory. When I reattempt to download the datalog after opening FP manager again it saves perfectly fine so not much of a big deal just thought I would report it.

I am using the current FP Manager Beta 1.3.4.0 on my Australian Delivered 05' Accord Euro fitted with 07-08 TSX Manual ECU running the 04-05 basemap included within this version of FP manager.

Running on my workshop IBM X61 Tablet with Windows XP SP3.
