I am having issues with my tune/calibration after downloading and re-uploading tune into flashpro.
10/22/2017
Dyno Tuned and car ran fine ( not overboosting)
10/23/2017
Ran numerous datalogs (and videos) - Car ran fine and boost stays at proper levels.
-In order to download Datalongs I had to update my flashpro to 2.8.5.0 (10/19/2017 version)
-I downloaded and re-uploaded the Calibration that was on the car (from the dyno tuning)
10/25/2017
-I ran more datalogs; I wanted to capture a log with WOT (Tpedal = 100%)
-Car is overboosting alot more (like before the dyno tune) no matter if WOT or partial Throttle. It almost does not feel like the same calibration.
My question:
I wonder if my Dyno tune calibration somehow got corrupted when I downloaded and re-uploaded it to my car? The computer used for Dyno Tuning was using the same version (2.8.5.0) and I updated my laptop to match.
At this point I am not sure what to do in order to get my car running the same as before. I tired to re-upload the calibration using a different laptop but I got the same result.

Re: Flashpro - Issue with Calibration.
Disabling live tuning did not resolve the issue. Disconnected one of the vac lines go the boost control solenoid and the car boosts to the set 14 psi with no more overboost.
Re: Flashpro - Issue with Calibration.
Is the boost control duty the same as before the update? It looks like the boost control solenoid or the vacuum lines.
