ECU stuck in reflash mode, won't start

I just uploaded a new map to the ECU, it said the upload succeeded. But now the car won't start, it just keeps cranking away. Also, as soon as I turn the key to On, I hear 5 fast clicks coming from the fuse panel under the dashboard. Another thing is the dashboard seems to be stuck in reflash mode, where it flashes the TPMS light, and cycles through Check TPMS System, Check Emission System, Check Power Steering System...like what it does during a reflash. OBD Port doesn't connect to the Flashpro or any of my scan tools now. Please help!!

If FlashProManager shows the ECU in recovery mode then don't try to start the vehicle. Re-upload your calibration until the ECU shows as normal.

I can't even connect the flashpro to the ECU. The OBD port is not responding or connecting

When I plug the flashpro into the OBD port, the green light goes on for 5 seconds, then turns off and then every 5 seconds it gives 2 quick flashes followed by one orange flash of the datalog light

Also, my scan tool gets power from the ECU, but it can't connect or retrieve any information

What vehicle do you have? If you have sent support information, what is the serial number of your FlashPro?
Disconnect and reconnect the battery, then see if the FlashPro will recognize the ECU.
